I’m back with a new affordable $7 brow pencil, it’s Maybelline’s newest brow pencil, the Tattoo Brow 36hr pigment pencil. I’m reviewing, doing a first impressions, and I wear the brows to see how it works on very fine/sparse/bald brows lol, so let’s see how it does?
