Today I tell you about my latest eyeliner find, the Kat von D Tattoo liner in trooper! I received this in a goody bag at the makeup show LA and I’ve been using it ever since. This is one of the best liner pens I’ve ever tried, I definitely recommend it if you have been thinking about getting one! 🙂
