Full Detailed STEP BY STEP TATTOO AFTERCARE listed below:
Day 0 – 1: ??
– WASH HANDS!!!
– Keep bandage/ Saran wrap on for 2-3 hours, then take the plastic off and begin to wash off the excess plasma. Let the tattoo Dry for half hour then cover back up with a new bandage and leave on for the night. This keeps germs and other foreign objects away when sleeping.
– The next morning, Take off plastic bandage and clean again, do not add moisturizer. Pat dry with clean paper towel
– In the Afternoon wash Lightly again, let it dry for 30min and apply healing ointment cream
Day 2 – 4: ??
– 3 wash times throughout the day (8 hours between each or breakfast, lunch and dinner) patting dry with clean paper towel and waiting 30min to air dry, then and healing ointment.
– Tip: after day 3, switch from healing ointment to a non scented moisturizer
Day 5 – 3 weeks: ??
– Wash only once a day, waiting again 30 minutes before adding moisturizer.
– Maybe add another moisturizer throughout the day if the tattoo is really dry/stiff
Helpful tips ??
– KEEP OUT OF SUN, Don’t use sunscreens
– KEEP OUT OF WATER!
– Fast showers are okay, but long showers, swimming, bathing, and jacuzzi’s are a big no no
– STAY AWAY FROM THE GYM and SWEATING
– DO NOT ITCH!
– WEAR LOOSE CLOTHING
